Marriott Cafe brings the newest addition, Teppanyaki Station for your dining experience.

Moshi Moshi!

It’s that time again to fill-up that tummy with a gastronomical experience at Marriott Cafe, inside Marriott Hotel Manila. Celebrate or spend that dinner with your family and friends with a sumptuous dinner buffet from appetizer to desserts, only for P1,750 net.
Last Sept. 6, we were invited to have the first taste of Marriott Cafe’s newest addition, the Teppanyaki Station. Oh boy, we did not miss this opportunity especially that we love Japanese food! So when we got there at the venue, we picked our table and started to bring a full plate!
Marriott Cafe simply knows that Japanese cuisine will be forever loved and that’s the reason why they are bringing the Teppanyaki Station on its daily dinner buffet, grilling only the freshest and meaty choices of seafood, fish, beef, pork and chicken, delivered by Marriott Cafe’s executive chef Melk Brammer.
Smokes from the grilling teppanyaki adds more beauty to it.
While waiting for our teppanyaki mixed fried rice order, we first picked the fresh prawns, succulent oysters, sweet corn on the cob and tender juicy roast beef with mushroom gravy sauce, put it on our plate and enjoyed it up to the last bite!
Our first plate. First round on the buffet table.
It’s a good thing that we never had an afternoon snack prior to this food event that was organized for foodies like us by Marriott Cafe team.
After cleaning our plate, we came back to the teppanyaki station. We can smell the goodness of the ingredient as it was being stir-fried and grilled. You could just imagine how we are excited of this teppanyaki experience!
At last, here we are, having our sampler of the stir-fried mixed fried rice gorgeously marbled with diced beef tenderloin US choice of pure sophisticated quality! Yeah! Without over-stating it, that diced beef was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked that will make you want for another round.

“Teppan” or iron plate is loaded with other choices such as Gyuniko (diced beef tenderloin with vegetable in teppanyaki sauce); Tori (diced chicken with vegetable in teppanyaki sauce); Shake Teppanyaki (teppan salmon fillet with vegetable in special sauce); and Kaisen (mixed seafood with vegetable in sweet and spicy garlic sauce).
Chef peppers out more flavor to the teppanyaki.
Our mixed fried rice teppanyaki – our own rendition, was worth it and guaranteed tummy-filler!
The dinner was even more exciting with bits and pieces of freshest stories in the blogosphere community shared in between laughter and flavorful food bites.
We wouldn’t leave the buffet without having our sushi, sashimi and maki on the side, not to forget a cup of good old black coffee. The only disappointment was that we were not challenged by the wasabe!
Japanese trip will not be complete without these yummies!
Well, after that appetizing meal, we still have enough space for more in our tummy. We head on at the dessert section and just like a kid, we enjoyed the sweet flavored gelato once more.
Marriott Cafe’s dinner buffet is open daily with many choices and great memories to share that is almost endless! Want to know more? Just dial 988-999 and call Marriott Cafe for inquiries or reservations.
